agilesWorkflow was formed out of a customer’s need to enable Microsoft Dynamics NAV to help them with process automation and critical business notifications. After 12 month of sales with a great success in the local German home market agiles Informationssysteme realized the great need in the entire Microsoft Dynamics NAV marketplace for such a product and became a global ISV solution provider expanding beyond the German borders.  Today agiles has been sold to over 250 companies with approx. 15,000 users worldwide via our network of partners.

agilesWorkflow is a Certified for Microsoft Dynamics NAV solution, which means that our solution has passed the required assessment tests directed by Microsoft. This will ensure that the solution has been designed and developed for Microsoft Dynamics NAV and thereby will add value to customer business systems and perform at Microsoft standards.

Working with skilled and committed partners is a major part of our business strategy and we focus our ongoing business development on leveraging the newest technologies along with constant a dialogue with our customers and certified partners.

AGILES INFORMATIONSSYSTEME – Hamburg & Stuttgart, Germany

agiles Informationssysteme GmbH, Hamburg, has been a Microsoft Dynamics NAV Partner since 1992.  During this time, agiles introduced many packages of the standard software Microsoft Dynamics NAV (formerly better known as Navision Software), with most of these implementations in the international fresh fruit and vegetable trading business as well as other food trading industries.

agiles has developed three Microsoft Dynamics NAV solutions – agiles’ key IP. Two solutions, agilesFood and agilesTrade, follow a vertical business approach and deliver industry specific needs. Additionally there is agilesWorkflow which is a horizontal workflow solution which can be used in nearly every industry worldwide.

As experts in business process (re-)organization and qualified as an integrated and independent software solution provider (ISV), agiles can offer our customers a complete spectrum of services from requirement analysis to adaptation to introduction of Microsoft Dynamics NAV ERP Software.

The agiles project methodology and professional project management allows for maximum transparency over the course of the project. Coupled with planned and reliable implementation schedules and a binding cost framework, agiles Informationssysteme ensures customers’ efficient use of the software at a high value.

agiles Informationssysteme GmbH, a project-oriented IT company and a Microsoft Gold Competency ERP partner, continues to invest in team training to keep up with the latest technology. We take customer's existing investments in Microsoft software to the next level to deliver high quality solutions that enable high value. Of course, agiles’ knowledge is not limited to Microsoft Dynamics NAV software. The company has a team of experts and several Microsoft partners capable of tailoring the Microsoft Dynamics NAV environment to the customer's needs as well (e.g. design of hardware and infrastructure as well as BI-solutions, Archive-solutions, Scanning-systems and solutions for mobility etc.).

Approximately 50 team members are currently employed at agiles Informationssysteme and all are based in Hamburg, the headquarters, or in our southern satellite office in Stuttgart / Germany (agiles South GmbH).  The agiles Group works closely and shares resources with all agiles related companies as well as with partners in the Microsoft partner network (MPN).

AGILES NORTH AMERICA – Portland, OR USA

Founded in March 2010 and based in the thriving Northwest neighborhood of Portland, OR, agiles North America is the exclusive distributor of agilesWorkflow in North and Central America.  agiles North America’s primary objective is to provide localized product support to Microsoft Dynamics NAV Partners and end customers such that their experience with the product far exceeds their expectations and provides high value for their investment.

agiles North America works closely with agiles International  to market, sell, train and support Microsoft Dynamics NAV partners enabling them to serve their customers’ workflow needs.  Owner Amy Homan has 11 years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics NAV both from a partner perspective and an ISV perspective and has worked with hundreds of Microsoft Dynamics NAV clients across the world. Amy’s team currently includes Ty Cieloha in Channel Management & Sales and David Lyons in Support & Training. The agiles North America team continues to grow with the growth of business in North and Central America.
